1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all vehicle purchases made from:

By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

2. Vehicle Information & Condition

2.1 All vehicles sold are used vehicles and may show signs of age, mileage, and normal wear and tear.
2.2 We provide accurate descriptions of vehicles, including mileage and any known faults, to the best of our knowledge.
2.3 Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and ask questions before purchase.
2.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 

3. Price & Payment

3.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
3.2 Full payment is required before collection or delivery of any vehicle.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 No finance, credit, hire purchase, or payment plans are offered or arranged. All vehicles are sold outright.
 

4. Ownership & Responsibility

4.1 Ownership of the vehicle transfers to the Buyer once full payment has been received.
4.2 From this point, the Buyer is responsible for:

  • Insurance

  • Vehicle tax

  • Compliance with all legal and road-traffic requirements
     

5. Warranty

5.1 Unless stated otherwise, a 3-month warranty is provided from the date of collection or delivery.
5.2 The warranty covers major mechanical or electrical faults affecting the engine, gearbox, and drivetrain.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear items (including tyres, brakes, clutch, batteries, exhausts)

  • Routine servicing or maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage or bodywork

  • Faults caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications

  • Repairs carried out without prior authorisation

5.3 Warranty claims must be reported as soon as a fault becomes apparent.
5.4 We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty components rather than offer a refund.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
 

6. Consumer Rights (Scotland)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, vehicles must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

Where a qualifying fault is present, Buyers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with the legislation.
 

7. Distance & Online Sales

7.1 Where a vehicle is purchased online or by phone, all descriptions and images are provided to the best of our knowledge.
7.2 Vehicles are used and may show minor cosmetic differences that do not constitute a fault.
7.3 The 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to motor vehicles.
7.4 Vehicles are not returnable due to change of mind. Remedies are only provided where required by consumer law.
 

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Vehicles are sold as described and are non-returnable unless a legal remedy applies.
8.2 Refunds or price reductions will only be offered where required under applicable consumer legislation.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Recovery or towing costs

  • Loss of earnings or business use

  • Hire vehicles

  • Indirect or consequential losses

This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under law.
 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
 

11. Acceptance

By purchasing a vehicle from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
